Jersey at the edit player window

is it possible to change the jersey that players wear at the edit player window? instead of them wearing away jerseys, can i change it to their home uniform?

Not by any means you'd want to go through with. You could swap the home and away jersey .vivs around so that the game loads the home jerseys (recognised as the xxxxaway.viv files) instead but then you'd have to swap around the jerseys in teamgear.dbf so that the jersey selection recognises xxxxaway.viv as the default home jerseys and xxxxhome.viv as the default away jerseys. It's feasible, but probably more fiddling around than you'd want to do.
