cpu centers and power forwards

hi guys. anyone knows how to decrease cpu centers and p.forwards tendency to shoot after they received the ball. it's so unrealistic....no one tries drives or passes from backcourt but always shoot...too boring

i tried messing with assignment.act but the problem still remains. i think it should be a problem of job section in the assignment file but 'm not so good about messing that.
