Dunking is 99 but not a highflyer?

I've been wondering why my Jamario Moon is like this, i already set his dunking to 99 but still, i can't edit the "highflyer" dunk packages in the edit window, is there a way to solve this guys?

Dunking isn't the only rating that qualifies a player as a High Flyer. This guide should hopefully help you out there.
