no head how to fix it ?

is in the right arm
or black head white body or head white black body
and some of them dont have head like this

The problem white head is the players don't have cyberfaces. About the tatoos, I think they are in 2x.

and i put cyberfaces in the sgsm but is not woork what to do bro ?
