It's a time-consuming act. Some patchers had already made some first round draftees. You might want to search in the Releases and Previews section.

Seriously, this is kind of an ongoing project with patchers in the community and we've already had plenty of people asking for it. I'm sure a bulk of the faces will get made but as getred12 said, it will take some time. In the meantime, let's not have any more of these threads; faces and portraits for the new players will be out in time, we just have to be patient. Thanks.
