i have realised that in dynasty mode, (orlando) dwight howard is sometimes getting 20 minutes playing time while another sub gets the other 28 minutes. this is quite irritating when i sim since howards stats go down...
question is - is there a method to assign playing time for each player like nba live 07?

No, unfortunately that function doesn't work in 08 PC even when the workaround is installed. The Reorder Roster workaround does work however.
