I'm afraid you'll have to be more patient than that. Patching is something people do in their spare time and you've requested seven different updates there. Hopefully someone will have the time and inclination to do those for you, but please understand not every request that's made will be/can be granted, so don't be too disappointed if not everything you ask for ends up getting made. And even if everything does get made, it not be within a week.
