Crash with Alby's Realistic Roster

I am new to all of this, but I just got NBA Live 08 for PC.
I just put on Alby's Realistic Roster. I was VERY impressed but after about 45 seconds of playing, it crashes. Any advice on how to deal with this? Much appreciated. The game looks SO much better with this stuff and I would love to get it working.

You might want to check out Albys' release thread for more info on issues and fixes. Alternatively, you could try the newly released TUP 09 mod.
