Looks like you're using a patch that has some issues. I'd recommend deleting it and everything will be back to normal.

but the skin is not good dude need to be more dark

You can try doing DBF editing in appearance.dbf to change his skin texture to darker tone (value 4 or 5).

It might not work out with the face file though.

In any case, a skin tone that's a little too light has to be better than the two-toned one that isn't working properly.
