hey!! iam glad to be back here...anyways a lost my prevus account so i made i new one just to ask you...ive been playing dynsty mode and i was wondering if there is something i could do to increase the salary cap..ive search the forums but didnt understand them clearly so i guest the great andrew can help me again..thanks

Search for it at download.com or just search for hex editors in general; any will do.
