I want to remove the white rectangle from my backboard, is that possible?

easiest way is to download ebodit and edit the backboard's ebo file and remove it that way.
open xxxxbbd.ebo
find the part that allows you to select the box
then move that square really really high up in the air so it goes above the stadium roof

I don't understand very much of that program. When I try to zoom in, it first goes slowly, and then it's all black, too far zoomed in... 
And I can't zoom out...
Could you tell me how to work with this program?
