HELP!!i get no movie,commentaries, nd crashes after 1st qrtr

i cant see any movie behind the menu at the start,(they say it's related to shockwave/flashplayer activex)...the game also crashes on some TO's and after the 1st quarter...(maybe its the activex) and theres no commentaries during the game,i have sounds on i can here the crowd and the players, i double/triple check the sittings...theres just no steve commenting on the game...can somebody help

I'd try reinstalling it and try playing it with no modified files or patches
