Hi everyone I'm new and need help

I'm having a problem registering to download files for NBA Live 08. It say that registration has been disabled. So I was wondering how can I download these mods when I can't even register on the site? Are they closed for newbie's like myself?

I've disabled new registrations in the Downloads section because we don't require you to register to download. You just find a file you'd like to download and click the Download button underneath the patch description etc.
