A new version of the current roster update for NBA Live 08 is now available to download here. The new version contains rosters accurate as of November 1st and fixes a problem with the installation routine.

Key features of v2.2:
- 2008/2009 Season Rosters accurate as of November 1st, 2008
- Player ratings updated for more realistic performance
- Primacy ratings updated for better shot distribution
- Player positions and data updated/corrected
- Cyberfaces and portraits for missing players
- East/West All-Stars Updated for All-Star Weekend 2008
- Rookie/Sophomore teams Updated for All-Star Weekend 2008
- Maek's Fatigue Fix
- Player Accessories Updated
- Contract & Salary Info Updated
- Seattle Supersonics changed to Oklahoma City Thunder
- Logos, courts and jerseys updated for the 2008/2009 season
- Fixed Installation Routine
- Fixed Shoes

There shouldn't be any problems downloading it, that link is correct and the file is definitely uploaded. What happens when you try to download it?

and i have a problem, when i installed this patch, some shoes were missing.

I certainly can, thanks for the heads up.

All players in the patch should have shoes assigned. I can't vouch for the rosters' compatibility with other shoe updates though.

Yes, they do. The installation file should detect the right folder automatically but in the event that it doesn't, please check out the Faces Troubleshooting.txt file.

and if it's not too much trouble, can you please add a sleeve on danny granger, oj mayo, michael beasley, and the haircut of carmelo? or is the hair considered part cf, which you stated you do not do... well i just hope for a complete gear update if you ever find the time, take your time and i'll check back periodically

I can add sleeves but I can't do anything about Carmelo's new look since cyberfaces aren't my forte. If someone else provides an update I'm happy to use it but until such time I can't do anything about that. Sleeves and accessories are no problem though.

One thing to change, very little one. Pietrus is 30 years old in the game, and Mikael was born in 1982.

sir andrew i have a question about your roster patch.. player like beasley d.rose arm tatts has been gone in the game ?. how do i fix this? and other one is why away shoes has no preview when i select the other shoes it always at default.. :roll:

last player did you notice that anthony parker of toronto had a tan arm ?

Those issues with players having weird looking arm textures don't occur for me with just the art included in the NLSC update installed, so I'd suggest you've got some conflicting patches installed. I'll check out the issue with the shoes.

I have problems installing the patch. When the installation comes to the point where after I would click the "install" button, it says:
"you must enter a full path with drive letter;...."
during the installation process, i didn't encounter a part where it would ask me as to what path i would install it to...

I'm going to re-enable that option for the next version so that you can manually select the path if the installation doesn't correctly detect the folder where you've installed NBA Live 08.

Sir is there any way I can just extract the roster file and not include the art updates? Cause the art will mess up my ongoing dynasty story (I am still in the 08 season where OKC is still the Sonics). Or should I just wait for the next version where I can choose where to extract the files?
