run nba live 2008 in window mode

hey guys, I'm not sure if this has been asked before. i searched google and cant find any.

I have tried the -window, -w on the target, dxwnd too. but i cant play it on window mode.

also i have another problem, nba live closes before the game ends, it flickers while playing. i have a dell laptop, dual core, 2 gb ram and a GX3100 video, windows vista home basic. my friend has the same spec but it's ok with him.

i'm not sure if it's the direct x10, but i cant downgrade my directx to 9.0c.

please help
