Is there a way to to change sigshots and jumpers for a created player?

Yes, the number in the SIGSHT1 column in the players.dbf determines what type of sigshot a player uses.

If you look up Kobe (or anyone else's) entry in players.dbf, you can find out their number and then assign it to anyone else.
