If you're using the NLSC update, I'd suggest removing the magasol.fsh and magasol.ebo files from your sgsm folder so that the game uses the default face and headshape instead.

now i'm using alby's RR7

Ah...well in that case, I'm not sure if he's using a Gasol update or not. Sorry I can't be of any more help, face patches aren't my forte.
