Jump Ball CRASH!!!!???? NEED HELP

ok here is my problem. I installed a roster patch and the next-gen court patch and dunk patch and the game works perfectly fine. Today, i decided to patch the loading screen and scoreboard, and after i patched the game, it will hang after the whole intro screen (after i press play, the loading screen appears and it finishes loading, and the commentators start to say "welcome to ??? arena", when i press enter to start jump ball, the game just crash.

After that, i decided to reinstall my NBA Live 08, but the same crash still happens at the same time, what is the real problem behind it?

Sounds like the scoreboard. It doesn't show up until the jumpball scenario is started, so it would make sense that the game is crashing when it attempts to load it. The reason it is still crashing ismost likely because a reinstall does not delete patches fromt he sgsm directory, so the game is still trying to load the scoreboard.

i solved the problem...i think is because of vista....i set for nba to be run as administrator and run in windows xp service pack 2 and it works fine...thanks for the comment
