Is there a patch for timeout problems?

The CPU wont call timeout in crucial situations. Also, the CPU won't call a timeout even though they are trailing by many points. I really disappointed with this game, too many bugs. I hope 2k9 in PC is a open system so that the great patchers of NLSC can modify it just like the NBA live series.

No, there's no fix for it. Also, there won't be an NBA Live 09 or NBA 2K9 for the PC. Despite several websites listing a PC version of NBA 2K9, 2K Sports have said those listings are erroneous and they're not releasing the game on PC. NBA Live is expected to return to the PC next year.
