I have some questions about pc controls

How to pivot with keyboard and how to pass in a middle of a shot?
I could do that in 2005 and 2006 but I cant figure it out in 2008..
When I press crossover + movement players just start going and dont pivot..

What do you mean?Im pressing crossover stationary and nothing happens..only hotspots appear
