how do u change the retirement age to higher?

how do u change the retirement age to higher? because when i play dynasty mode, mode of the players retired at 35, 36,37. how can i raised this to 40?

Nobody has discovered how or where to edit that, but the workaround is to change the birthdate of players to a more recent date via dbf editing. Basically you make the player younger so they don't retire.
