Current roster transactions and draf pick ratings?

I'm going to be making a roster update as current as a week or so ago, or as current as I can. Does anyone have the ratings for the players for the 2009 season?
I'm going to make a roster update for the PSP, so those of us who do own one, will still enjoy the game.
