NO LUCK WITH XBOX SUPT, OR EA SPORTS SOMEONE HELP!

Hi guys i came across this site by accident searching for the answer to why I am having problems with my NBAlive08 on xbox360 hopefully you guys are smarter than XBOX support and EA sports because they suck and haven't been able to give me a solution to my problem. OK so here goes recently my nbalive 08 gaming has been very choppy, laggy, especially on teamplay to the point were I don't want to play teamplay anymore because its just too frustrating. When i am playing my players movements are very slow, and command actions are very limited or delayed, for example if i push the steal button on defense the player doesn't respond quick enough until like 3 seconds after i have pushed the button, before this i had no problems with my gameplay and it was smooth with no hangups, when i try to play teamplay i know that it will lag before i even get into a game because the ESPN stats that scroll by across the bottom are not flowing smoothly its like the stats are studdering by, OK so I know what everyone's thinking its my connection but I am about 99% sure that it is not my connection, i am directly hooked up to my internet provider using cable modem and its only hooked up to my xbox no other computers or accessories, and the cable company said that all my connections are good and i have a strong signal, I also tried other solutions

1. I unplugged everything and plugged it back no luck!

2. I tried renting another copy of the game to see if it was my game possibly but again not luck

3. I contacted XBOX support ran the cache clearing deal, no luck!

4. I contacted EA sports, told them what was going on guy told me to check my PC which i already explained in my message that my xbox wasn't hooked up to any other accessories or computers.

5. I played other games that have online capabilities and they all showed no signs of lag or choppiness all played smoothly with no issues, its just when i attempt to play my nbalive game online where i run into a major problem.

6. I have tried playing at different times of day when less people are on the EA servers still no luck!

** Basically at this point I am open to any suggestions because this is crap the XBOX live support guy basically told me to wait until kids go back to school to see if i have better connection to nbalive but that's just crap and I know that there is something wrong, maybe my settings are screwed up or rosters are in default. but I have tried everything you guys are probably my last option here so if anyone has a solution to my problem please let me know I am desperate and I need to play my game again. thanks guys!![/size]
