I' ve found this massive Beijing Olympic 2008 For NBA LIVE 08 mod at

patches everything frontend to jersey,court,all teams and roster as well but not perfect coz no cfs for new added players

I suggest you don't downlaod that patch as there are many bugs in it, mostly crashes cuz the jeresey resolutions are too high
