Substitution for the CPU team

NBA Live 2008 doesnt make any substitutions to their starting five. What I did before in NBA Live 2007 was to draw charging fouls against the CPU. How do you fix this problem on the ps3? Do you modify the sliders? Do I need to download a patch from EA just for this problem?

EA haven't released any updates that address the problem. I'd suggest a global edit on player fatigue ratings or adjusting the sliders.
