Trading sugestions for my Boston Celtics

I started a Boston Celtics Dinasty and I want to make some changes with my team


First I want a Point Guard better than Rondo(I asked Utah for Derron but they refussed it )

The second trade i wanted to make is a change Pierce for Lebron

Here is my lineup.

P.D.:I played a 2 min/quarter games so bench player doesn´t play very much

Try to package Rondo with Al Jefferson for Deron and Okur? You may have to throw a bench player in to make salaries work...

How do you have Jefferson when he was traded along with other players to the Timberwolves for Garnett?

The main options are Deron,Parker or Monta Ellis
The problem with my lineup is that i havent enough sallary cap for Parker and D.Williams

Finally i decided to get Ellis

I will retain Jeferson.Garnett Ellis and Allen , so the only way is to traded Pierce but they refused it all

Who did you trade for Ellis?
And you can package Pierce with other players on your team.
Possibly also a 1st Round Pick.

You could always sign free agents to trade if you have any cap room.
And if you don't, you have a great team how it is.

You already have a solid team. Why bother getting Lebron? I just suggest just improving the backups
