Can anyone tell me how to put the blue film on a cybertface i need you to tell me A TO B how to do it please can anyone help me the blue film on the bhed I have GIMP to work with i do have photoshop but in photoshop i can't get to layer mask channel

what blue film? you mean the alpha?
