team chemistry

how can you increase team chemistry? i won a lot of games, have about the right amount of team events, but my players arent happy. i want everyone to get along and i would rather lose with the right players than win with the wrong players. a player like brandon roy is always unhappy about the team chemistry

team is the ptb with the current roster

It depends what they're unhappy about. It's very difficult to keep everyone happy all of the time; you don't need your team chemistry bar to be full to succeed.

If they're complaining about playing time make sure you give everybody playing time. If they're complaining about the size of the city like if its too small trade that player to a team who's a big city.

You don't have to, but that's the only way you're going to make him happy about the size of the market he's in. Generally speaking, if he's otherwise satisfied being on your team then you'll just have to put up with the fact he's not completely comfortable playing in the market you're in; there's nothing you can do about that unless you choose to switch teams when an offer is made.

As I said, it shouldn't matter if he's otherwise happy. Once you've selected a team, you can't do anything about the size of the market you're in. More often than not, if a player is happy with his role, his playing time and the team's success, that should be enough.
