no cpu trades/signing free agents help?

Hello.
I've been looking for such patch but I couldn't find it.
Is there a patch to stop cpu sign free agents in Dynasty or Season? I always play with actual roosters, and manually update roosters when any change occurs.
While playing Season Cpu was not signing free agents, but when I installed "Albys' Realistic NBA Live 08 Roster Patch" (You know, great graffics, tattos, actual rosters and so and so) CPU was signin free agents.
What file changed it? Or is there any patch that could solve my problem and let me play Albys' Patch??

Nothing would have changed; in Dynasty Mode, the CPU teams will make trades by themselves. You can disable this option in Season Mode however.
