problems with usa jersey - - - need help

i want to replace current nba live 08 usa jerseys with ones that was worn in athens olympics in 2004. So do u guys know any patch that will replace that or can u guys make it for me?

i downloaded the patch and i gave them names of current usa jersey files but game crashes when i do that so can u guys help me out with this i really need this!! thanks
