Anything in particular you're looking for as far as suggestions go?
as I look at life through my rear view, i see all the potholes i had to steer through.

not quite sure what you're looking for. it seems to me that you got a pretty solid lineup already. look into Rudy Gay (SF), Emeka Okafor (PF) and Brandon Roy (SG) or Monta Ellis (SG).

see if they're to your liking.

Maybe a better back up Point Guard. If Paul went down that position would be empty.

well, i am currently at the draft...have no idea what kind of player i want to pick...also, my SF B.Ono's next contract is going to put my cap over by about 10+ million....M.Cheng would cost a couple of million, davis is better.
i would be stuck with this lineup for years to come (cannot sign free agents) and if their age catches up..then i am stuffed...
thanks for the suggestions though, i would look into it.

any more would be nice ^^

P.S. i have the 30th pick...and the best value i could get is around 73/74 SF, or a big guy.

an update...just did the draft

"With the 30th pick of the 2012 NBA Draft, the New Orleans Hornets Select Vince James from Kentucky"

V.James, 25 years old, 6"8 240lbs, number is 23, plays SF, most notable is his field goal rating, which is 81, and also dunk-84.
would need to work on stamina, but otherwise a good scorer that could grab some offensive rebounds...

any thoughts on this pick? (i forfeited my 2nd round pick)

his overall is 77, which was a surprise to me, being still in the draft at the 30th pick

i cant sign any free agents, as i am over the cap (resigned my 3 FAs) so any suggestions regarding the lineup, any possible trades...etc would be nice

EDIT: update...traded Greg Oden, Madoseng Cheng to Dalls Mavericks for Sean Williams (88ova)

Roster Information Update
Date: Aug 18th 2012 (first week into trade period- offseason)

PF/C D.Howard 91ovrl 26yrold 18.52M 1year remain
PF S.Williams 88ovrl 25yrold 11.42M 4years remain
SF/PF/SG B.Ono 90ovrl 29yrold 9.33M 6years remain
SF/SG A.Tucker 93ovrl 28yrold 12.15M 4years remain
PG C.Paul 95ovrl 27yrold 11.15M 4years remain

Bench
SF V.James 77ovrl 25yrold 691k 4years remain
SF(SG) A.Chevalier 74ovrl 25yrold 808k 3years remain
PG J.Charles 63ovrl 26yrold 664k 1year remain
PF D.Davis 65ovrl 25yrold 1.85M 2year remain
C R.Mbangwa 65ovrl 27yrold 812K 2year remain

currently way over the cap due to resigning M.Cheng, D.Davis, B.Ono, then traded M.Cheng and Oden for Williams.

Starting 5 is good atm i think, bench 6th man going to be the rookie V.James, with a good 7foot 3point shooter in Chevalier.

only overpaid player looks to be Davis, who i am looking to trade for another young pf who is cheaper/better for the same price

any suggestions welcome (especially regarding the D.Davis trade)

Need better back up PG and big men. Maybe trade one of your backup SF and another backup for a better backup PG or big man?

ok, thanks scoop, i am trying to find a decent trade for my overpaid pf for a better pf...
as for pg..dont really think there is a problem, cause the backup guy is really fast and quick, can pass the ball nicely. just cant score. (kinda like rondo)

Well yeah if the backup PG can do everything you say he can do, then might as well hold on to him. Nice Dynasty that you have by the way......I think Oden's a bit underated though?

thanks, regarding oden..i am not sure, he was on trailblazers for the first 4 seasons (his rookie contract) so i got him as a FA, maybe cause CPU doesnt train him? and i was focusing on B.Ono, Dwight, and CP3 so i didnt train him either...maybe once by my assistant....

in the psp version, Sean Williams and Alando Tucker are way overrated lol...they start in the high 80s...

CPU teams are kinda crazy...Yao is with the T-Wolves, Tyson is now in Boston...(big 4... = =) Pau and Peja were FAs for the last season cause i didnt resign them (overall rating decline...too old?) and a whole lot of other stuff...

:p as V.James wears number 23 and has good offensive skills...i am going to try train him to be the next MJ :D :D
