stoping da post up spin move

My friend always play's with da bulls besides his point guard making every 3 he get's my big men in foul trouble with this stupid spin move also how can i get joe johnson shot off faster

You can try to draw a charge, that might limit his effectiveness in the paint. If you're playing the Xbox 360 or PS3 version then unfortunately you're stuck with the speed of a player's release since that version doesn't utilise timing on the shoot button.

Anyone knows how to do that post-up spin move?

back down and spin to either the left or the right using the right analog stick (360/PS3 versions) on the PC you cant spin out of the backdown
