black loadup screens

i have no idea what happened. everytime i start nba live 08, the bootup screens are black. i can hear the audio, but the screens won't show. i've tried many different bootup screens, but they all are black. i've spent a lot of time searching on the forum seeking similar problems, but i have found none. this is a small problem, but has been bothering me for some time now, please help.
