what i need to do and install for my nba looks like this? on this picture players looks so real, and on my nba they are like dark and like from sega mega drive. do i need to change something in options/preferences?

That's a court update, so I'd suggest downloading and installing it first. Assuming you've done that already and it's simply not displaying properly, I would suggest that either your detail settings are low or there's an issue with your video card.
