-Market I'm fairly sure means the size of the city your in, not positive on that though (if they want to be more known, they want to be in a bigger city, nothing can be done about this)
-Bench Order is how often that player is playing, and how they feel about it (if they want to play more, they won't be happy with this).
-Roster Stability is how often roster changes are made. (they won't be happy with this if they want more changes in the roster, or are worried about being traded away).
-Win Percentage is how often you win (if you aren't winning up to a players standards, they won't be happy in this section).
-Team talent is simply, the players around this player (unhappy if the player wants to play with a better team)
-Team events are the team events scheduled (players often want to see more of them)
-Team chemistry is how well this player works with other players.

Hope that helps.

^^^For Market i think it has to do with what the player is worth(will they be just an extra player traded away) althoug i'm not too sure
Everything else seems right
They say "b!tc#" is the new black, well i say black is the new president b!tc#.

Market Size refers to the city the team is located in. The Knicks, Lakers and Bulls are examples of large markets while the Spurs, Cavaliers and Timberwolves are considered smaller markets.

There's not much you can do to change how a player feels about the size of the market he's in except trade him somewhere else. If a player is generally satisfied otherwise then he'll usually put up with being in a city he doesn't find ideal.
