EA needs to fix this. SERIOUSLY! for XBOX 360

i wish i could change the "auto pass" feature. so many times i have a guy out in front on the fast break and i pass it to him, only for him to pass it back over the half court line automatically.

or, my other favorite, you have a guy in the key with the ball, you pass it out to the wing, and that guy auto passes it right back to the guy in the key... who didnt move. 3 second violations suck.

yes, i am only pressing the button once.

or how about this one, you pass the ball to a wide open guy for an easy layup, he auto passes to another guy who is out of position for a layup, but you already pressed the dunk/layup button when the first guy caught the ball, before he passed it again. offensive foul on me. fucking fix it EA!

I haven't experienced that myself in the 360 version but you're probably not alone there. It's too late for 08 but hopefully that's not present in NBA Live 09.

sorry man, but the only time i've experienced that is when I double tap the pass button or press it a second time while its in mid-air

I am playing on the PS3 and the auto pass is killing the game
why?
when does it auto pass? and when it does not auto pass I can't figure it out.
