Not every update contains a lot of ratings changes but before I even released v1.00 I went through every player and made some updates. At the end of the day, not everyone's overall rating changed a great deal because I focus on individual ratings and let the overall ratings take care of themselves. I certainly didn't restore all the original ratings in v1.04 either.

TheZ1123, besides, the roster update doesn't only focus on ratings..try to notice the changes in the line-ups too..

Indeed, but updating ratings is an important part of roster updates as well. As I said though, I've certainly done that. I don't boost or lower ratings to make the overalls look "better" though so if you just look at the overalls then it might seem like not a lot of work has been done.

When I update player ratings, I'm focusing on the individual ratings, changing them as necessary. However, I do not change them just so that the player's overall looks "better"; a lot of people focus on the overall rating and state that it should be higher or lower without any regard to the individual ratings, which are far more important to player performance.

But to answer your original question again, v1.04 does feature updated player ratings, the same as every other version released. Not every update is heavy on ratings updates, some releases are just transactions/lineup updates but each update retains the ratings changes from the previous release (with the exception of any ratings that are changed again).
