tired of having SHITTY ASS STAFFS??? this is wat u do. 1st go to your saved dynasty file, open up staff.dbf (my doc./NBALIVE08/saves/dynasty1). now if u have dbcommander u see ID, type, name etc. u can change it. type-0:assistant;1:trainer (don't change anything except gradeavg);2:scout;3 :assistant head coach. Gradeavg is rated from 0-9, 9 being worst and 0 being A+. atrribute 1, 2 , 3 is also the same, but trainers are all 10s dont change that. u can also change age, salary, specialty (0 is none) contract years (maximum is 3). so u can hire all D- staffs and become all A+ staffs. be sure to close DBcommander when u load or itll mess it up
