Team Chemistry Editing

I started dynasty with Detroit but the team chemistry is very low and the players are unsatisfied. Is it correct there is through to edit a certain file in the directory of the dynasty in my documents? Maybe DBF editing or editing franchise.dat?

There are chemistry fields in players.dbf. If you edit the individual players so that they're happy, the overall team chemistry/happiness should also increase.

I know, but the question is how I do this? I see all sorts of codes in fields. Which codes need to key in the fields?

it is the "chemistry" field..just look for it on the first row..

I haven't really looked into it so I don't know all the values for those fields offhand, sorry.
