FIX Earlier Call TIME out

What's the problem you're referring to you? Could you be a bit more specific?

in 12 min qtr length after few min the CPU call time-out. then after ffew min again call again a time-out the 10:35 min.

That seems unusual, I haven't seen that happen regularly myself. Does it always happen or only sometimes? If it's only happening some of the time, what is the nature of the game when it happens? The CPU is more likely to call quick timeouts if you're dominating the game and the momentum is in your favour.

yeah it happens to me to all the time even if they have the momentum they call time out too early, just after 2 mins or earlier...

That would be something cause by the game fixes you downloaded..I experienced that a lot as well..They'll just call for a timeout and most of the time sub out their starting Center or Power Forward..it's because of the game fix IMO..

That's probably it, come to think of it. It would be worth playing with the default rosters and then without any other updates/fixes you have installed to try and isolate what's causing that behaviour.
