heat not working

whenever i play with the heat or against them my game crashes. Their arena works, it's just when i play with them period they crash. can someone pleze help....THANKS

Which patches do you have installed, specifically related to the Heat? That's usually the first place to look.

i downloaded the heat jersey pack from lean. but the jerseys work because i played with wade in 1on1 and individ. practice.

Most likely it's a conflict between the jersey updates and the court update. Remove one or the other and see if that resolves the problem.

i did what you said but it still doen't work. The miami heat team crashes. the arena works with all the other teams. the jerseys work in other game modes. Just the Miami heat team doesn't work.

If the game only crashes when the Heat are involved, it usually points to a problem with an update that specifically relates to the Heat (such as cyberfaces, jerseys and courts). Try playing with the default roster to see if that corrects the problem; if it doesn't, that points back to it being an issue with the art.
