Lighting Fix

Can anyone please help me with the lighting patch, it doesnt seem to work. i could not turn on the lighting. what am i doing wrong. this probably have been asked before if so could you guys send me a link to where i could read the solution to the problem? thank you!

Does your video card support lighting being enabled? If not, there's not much you can do outside upgrading your hardware.
