how do u change the salary cap of each team? is there a way to increase the salary cap of each team?

In older NBA Lives this was possible to increase salary for every teams, but not for each. I don't know if it's possible in 08.

i think you can edit it with dbcommander

You can edit players salaries with DB Commander, not teams.

This tutorial should help you out. One difference to note when working with NBA Live 08 is that you do not need to subtract 0.005, but you do need to enter the salary cap to three decimal places to get the right hex.

Be sure to make a backup first in case anything goes wrong.
