Welcome to the official support thread for v1.02 of the NLSC current roster update for NBA Live 08!

A new version (v1.02) of the current roster update for NBA Live 08 has been released and is available to download here.

Key features of v1.02:
- 2007/2008 Season Rosters accurate as of 16/02/08
- Player ratings updated for more realistic performance
- Primacy ratings updated for better shot distribution
- Player positions and data updated/corrected
- Cyberfaces and portraits for missing players
- East/West All-Stars Updated
- Rookie/Sophomore teams updated
- Maek's Fatigue Fix Implemented
- Destiny attributes updated
- Team playbooks updated

Please note that this update does not include the Bibby trade as it is still pending league approal; it should be included in the post All-Star Weekend update. The Kidd trade will also be included if it goes through. Also note that this is mainly an All-Star Weekend fix with updated lineups with a few minor ratings updates. Further ratings updates will made in future versions. Finally, this update is being released at the same time as an update for NBA Live 07, make sure you download the correct file.

First. Thanks for the update. I have a question about the ratings. If i go to dynasty mode, will the ratings change?

Not unless you begin a new Dynasty game with the updated rosters.

why andrew bynum only has 71
and kwame brown has 76 lamar odom has 86
i don't think it's realistic can u fix it according to the nba.com

Reminding you that Jeremy Richardson still gets called Jose Barea & Spain Navarro is 45 pounds heavier and 12 rating points lower than Memphis Navarro.

I don't change ratings so that the overalls look better. If you have any suggestions about the individual ratings, by all means let me know.

Thanks for the heads up. As I said, it was a fairly minor update centred around fixing the All-Star rosters so there's definitely a couple of things that need to be done in v1.03.

His real weight is his real weight, you can't just add more as you like. I do wonder though, why is Glen Davis' three-point rating 30? He hasn't shot a single three all season.

Hoping for Kidd in Dallas update so that i can create my new dynasty Andrew. Is the 3 point shootout lineup is updated as well?

I'll need to doublecheck Stuckey's SPEECHID. I don't have any custom audio files, sorry.

The Kidd trade will be included, that's the whole point of a current roster update after all. I still haven't found out how to change the default participants in the three point shootout and the method for changing the dunk contest participants doesn't seem to work in NBA Live 08 either.

I tried to install this patch because I want play with Pau Gasol in L.A. Lakers. But, when I go to view rosters, Gasol isn't in Lakers. Why?

Did you load the rosters after installing them?

Is there a way to import these into a already started season? I have a season with the Lakers and can't trade for Pao Gosal, I tried everything.
