Help with subs

does anyone know where i can find the file for better subs?, until now the cpu only changes the PF and C every single free throw attemp and eventualy the cpu calls a timeout but again it changes only the big man
i play with 7 min quarters and game speed of 75, its posible to have better subs with this settings? like in 2005 or 06? thank you a lot for your response i hope somebody can help me.
