Game goes black and won't start up again

Today, I bought the game, installed it.

Then I wanted to play the game. The first time it started, and I went to the controller page, where I changed the keyboard settings.

When I wanted to save, the game freezes and didn't respond to nothing. Only CTRL-ALT-DEL, would do anything.

The next time I wanted to start the game, I get a black screen, and the game freezes again, even before I see the logo of EA sports.

Anyone who has any idea, what the problem could be? And maybe a solution or an answer?

I have an Intel Core 2 CPU, 6600, 2,4 Ghz
2 GB memory
and an GeForce 8800 GTX nvidia graphic card.
I also use an original game. And I updated every driver.

Try to reinstall the game , maybe there was an error during insallation
You should have admin rights to install the game

I have adminstration right to install it, that's not the problem.

I already installed it a couple of times, and always the same problem. The first time I start up the game, it works. The second time I get the blackscreen again.

And if I watch my running programmes, I see it is stuck at 34000 memory.

Any one who has an idea?

Can you play the game?
You can also try to change the configuration in the individual practice mode

Well, the first time I can sometimes play the game. And sometimes, I have a crash when I wanted to save my keyboard configuration. And I allready tried it with the gameconfiguration at it lowest.

The times I can play, I can play a full match, then I exit the game. And the next time I want to play it, I get a black screen.

And that goes for all users on the PC, Everybody can play it once, and the it goes for everybody black.

Anyone? Anybody?

I made sure I upgraded everything on my PC, could I forget something?

Nobody that has any idea or solution?

I'm tired of reinstalling the game every time I want to play it.

I mailed to EA sport, but I still didn't receive any answer. Strange.
