Training players

How do you all train your players because i can't seem to find the best way to develope my players. So, what has worked best for you and please give examples of players that you have trained that went up 2 or more points. It seems like its harder to develope certain players and sometimes one of my players don't improve.

put assistant to train for 4 weeks with 100% (offense, defense, athletics)

Thanks it really works to, i have 3 assistants with mostly a's and b's and i use all three on one player for 4 weeks and i did this with martell webster and he went up 3 points and now i'm working on trever ariza for the last two months of the season. We went to being one of the worst teams in our first year last season winning only 30 plus games to winning almost 50 games, its still march and we're almost at 50 games and we have one of the youngest teams in the nba.
