Court Problem - Memphis Home Court

I've noticed when playing on Memphis Court the FPS (Frame rate per second) of the game somewhat decreasing, i'm experiencing choppyness a lil bit, i just wanna ask if someone noticed it also/ experiencing it, i've noticed that only on memphis court i'm having trouble, even with or without the court patches of lagoa/webberf1... i hope someone could help me with this minor problem, becoz i don't think it's my system or computer problem, because im experiencing this only on memphis court... thanks..
