Impossible, due to the fact that the xbox 360 disc's turn the opposite way that PC or in that fact any other machine works, Basically xbox 360 reads games backwards... sorry boys.

you can make an emulator for pc from xbox 360 because like i said before the 360 reads games backwards, therefor.... if you were to download a ripped live 08 (360) and burnt it to disc and then but it into your pc with your xbox360 emulator it wouldn't work, cause the pc would have to turn the disc the oppsite way. Get it or am i still not making it clear lol

ok can some one explain to me what this is all about??? if this were to happen, will u still be able to patch courts and cybers, it'll just be on the 360 version??

Now, I am starting to think it'll be just a mod for NBA Live 08 where the menu, the scoreboard, etc. look like the 360 version but I doubt that he will emulate the 360 version to pc.

So guys, don't get your hopes up, next gen NBA Live will come, just wait.

Maybe I'm wrong but maybe he's planning on converting textures over from one (XBOX) to the other (PC)? Certain parts of the engine won't be able to be converted, but things like textures, alpha layers and stuff will be?

Pretty sure I saw a topic where pdub talked about converting it over being possible, but it seemed like a complicated process.

This is possible using XNA Game Studio Express to convert xbox 360 game to the PC.
Also assigning the control configuration using XNA Game Studio Express.

come on guys, all the thread starter's saying is that he is gonna make a patch so that the menus, scoreboard etc. is gonna MIMIC the xbox360 version. He did not say anything about emulating the xbox 360 version for the pc..
