Game screen is small...HELP!!!

I just installed NBA Live 08, and the screen from startup to the menu is very small. In the menu, I can't see my mouse, and any resolution changes don't help. However, when I played a game (that was hard because I had to guess where the mouse was) the screen size changed to whatever resolution setting I had, but when I bring up the game menu the mouse is still invisible, but I know it's there because when I pass over a option in the menu it highlights. How can I fix this?

Looks like it's displaying the image at a 1:1 pixel ratio. You can only hope for an option either on your laptop monitor, or video card settings that will allow you to fill the screen with the image. I don't own a laptop so I can't help you any further then that.
